The 18th Calgary Scout Group was originally founded as the 14th Calgary in 1919, and shortly after became the 18th.The Group has been sponsored by the Army, Navy, and Air Force Veterans Association since 1921. We have been meeting at the present Scout Hall site since 1929. We celebrated our 100th year in 1919 with a major camp. We plan to post history information on this website as resources are available, and the archives are sorted.

Our Group Scoutmaster, Bert Haynes passed away in February, and a Celebration of Life service was held in his honour on 5 March, 2016.
